The condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the lanai. This policy is strictly enforced. Failure to comply could result in a fee to have all the carpeting, bedding, and linens cleaned. There is a designated smoking area on the resort grounds, and that is the only area where smoking is permitted.

This is a privately owned condo and we do everything to keep the comfort of our guests our number one priority. The unit tends to book in advance, especially during the months of December through April. Plan early so you will not miss out on this exceptional value!
